Can we accommodate more than 150 guests?
Absolutely! Our luxury barn ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. Additional guests beyond the included 150 are $150 per person. The venue fee includes all setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, and premium dinnerware for your expanded guest count.
Is the rehearsal dinner location flexible?
Yes! Your rehearsal dinner for 50 people can be hosted on our outdoor estate grounds (weather permitting), or within the luxury barn ballroom. Our team will work with you to select the perfect setting that matches your vision and guest count.
What happens if we need to change our wedding date?
We understand that circumstances can change. Grand Luxe bookings can be rescheduled once without penalty if done more than 90 days before your original date, subject to venue availability. Date changes within 90 days may incur fees, which we’ll discuss based on your specific situation. You might also consider special event insurance.
Are there any additional costs we should budget for?
Your Grand Luxe package is comprehensively inclusive. The main additional costs are: extra guests beyond 150 ($150 each), alcohol/bar service (if you prefer premium selections beyond standard), and gratuities for vendors (though this is optional). Sales tax and a standard service charge are additional. We provide detailed cost breakdowns during your consultation.
