Weekend celebrations (Friday-Sunday) are $23,500, while mid-week celebrations (Tuesday-Thursday) are $22,400 – a $1,100 savings. You receive identical services and venue access regardless of which option you choose. Mid-week celebrations often feel more intimate and relaxed.

Yes! You can add our historic antique farmhouse accommodations for an additional $4,500, which sleeps up to 27 guests. This transforms your Luxe Estate into an overnight celebration weekend while still being more affordable than our Grand Luxe package.

We understand that circumstances can change. Luxe Estate bookings can be rescheduled once without penalty if done more than 90 days before your original date, subject to venue availability. Date changes within 90 days may incur fees, which we’ll discuss based on your specific situation. You might also consider special event insurance.

Our luxury barn ballroom can accommodate up to 250 total guests. Additional guests beyond the included 100 are $125 per person. This includes their reception dinner, cocktail hour service, premium place settings, and all venue amenities.

Your photography package includes a professional photographer for your entire wedding day (typically 8-10 hours), engagement session, online gallery of edited images, and print release rights. We work with carefully vetted photographers who understand our venue’s unique lighting and historic architecture to capture stunning images.
