Can we choose between the ballroom, farmhouse, or outdoor areas?
Yes! Your Small Soirée can take place in our luxury barn ballroom with crystal chandeliers, our historic antique farmhouse with period charm, or our beautiful outdoor estate areas (weather permitting). We’ll help you select the perfect setting based on your vision, season, and guest preferences during your planning consultation.
What does “custom menu creation” include?
Our culinary team works directly with you to design a personalized menu reflecting your tastes and dietary needs. This includes selecting appetizers, designing your plated dinner course, choosing dessert options, and creating custom cocktail or mocktail pairings. With only 10 guests, we can accommodate specific preferences and create a truly bespoke dining experience.
How does the 2-hour photography work for such an intimate celebration?
Our photographer captures your entire 4-hour celebration, focusing on the most important moments: preparation, ceremony, dining, and celebration highlights. With intimate guest counts, we can capture genuine interactions with each guest. You’ll receive a curated digital gallery and full print release rights for all edited images.
Can we add more guests to this package?
Yes, additional guests are $100 per person. However, if you’re planning for more than 15-20 guests total, our Luxe Micro package (50 guests) often provides better value with 6-hour venue access and expanded services. We’re happy to help you compare options to find the perfect fit for your celebration size and style.
What happens if we need to change our wedding date?
We understand that circumstances can change. Luxe Micro bookings can be rescheduled once without penalty if done more than 90 days before your original date, subject to venue availability. Date changes within 90 days may incur fees, which we’ll discuss based on your specific situation. You might also consider special event insurance.
